The Conrad Boys, a Justin Lo film

A friend of mine highly recommended this movie and I after watching it with low expectations I was pleasantly surprised.

The Conrad Boys is a unique story where the characters know they're gay and struggle with different relationships when the new boy comes in town. There are way too many coming of age dramas and this one felt like a breath of fresh air without any of the cheesy hollywood takes on most gay themed films out there.

Even though the acting wasn't so great, the story was different, moving and for me felt more real and identifiable.

I give it 5.5 stars out of 5, mainly because I'm in love with the hot hot american actor Nick Bartzen. Must go and re-watch!

FBI Brent Corrigan reporting

Everyone's favourite porn star, Brent Corrigan, was a key witness in the Cuadra trial.

He testified against Harlow with some pretty hardcore evidence!

A seven minute video of them on a beach on San Diego, Calif was shown to the jury. Under oath, he told the them that "Cuadra dropped back, he touched my arm and he said, 'don't worry, it was quick, he went quick,'" while obviously distressed.

Harlow Cuadra was found guity of murder in the first degree in Luzerne County. Cuadra, 27, was on trial for killing Bryan Kocis, 44, at Kocis’ Dallas Township home in January 2007.

Basically, he murdered a porn producer.

The jury of eight men and four women began deliberating at 10:30 this morning and took less than four hours to reach the verdict. Because it’s a capital murder case, the jury will now have to decide whether Cuadra should be sentenced to life in prison or death.
